During World War II, I served under General Patch of the
7th army and helped to liberate the concentration camp of Dachau in
Germany. After my discharge from the army, I attended New York
University and graduated with an accounting degree. Upon graduation, I
obtained a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certificate.

After working for several years in a public accounting firm in which I
had become a junior partner, I decided to open my own accounting firm
with a close friend. The firm of Pincus and Simpson was
established in the 1960’s and flourished until my retirement in the
1990’s.
I was the
senior partner of our firm, which consisted of seven employees. We
handled audits, compilations and various tax matters. Our clients
included all types of businesses including corporations, partnerships, S
Corporations and LL’s as well as large individual income tax preparation
practice.

My wife Judy and I have been happily married for many years. We have two
children, Larry, a medical doctor and Randy a lawyer practicing here on
Staten Island. We have four beautiful grandchildren. I look forward
to sharing my knowledge and experience with individuals desiring to enter
the business world. |
