Mr. Madory is Vice President of Victory State Bank
and is a member of the Advisory Board of SCORE, Chapter 476. Joe
holds Executive Committee status in the following organizations: Chairman
of the Board, S.I., Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Secretary of the
Board, Project Hospitality. He is President and a member of the
Board of Directors for the Cannel Richmond Nursing Home and Mission of the
Immaculate Virgin - Mt. Loretta. Joe is a member of:

Directors, Borough President's Task Force on Bias Reduction, S.I.
University Hospice Advisory Board, Alzheimer's Association Advisory Board,
Honorary Vice-President Staten Island Cricket Club (est. 1872), SCORE
Advisory Board, Staten Island Community Television Producer Advisor, and
Foundation for the Enhancement & Enrichment of Life – Trinidad &

In July 1992, Joe was appointed by Borough President James Molinaro as a
Producer Representative to the Board of Staten Island Community
Television, July 2002. He was appointed by Mayor Dinkins to the
Mayor's Committee on Service Delivery (1991 to 1993) which studied the
delivery of City Services and recommended various changes to the City
Charter.

the Red Cross (1996), First Annual B. Weinberg District 7230 Rotarian of
the Year Award for International Understanding, YMCA Community Service
Award (1995), Mills U Skinner award from the Urban League for Community
Service (1994), Man of the Year from the Community Agency for Senior
Citizens (1993), the Michael Catanese Memorial award from the Red Cross
(1992), the Smith-Stanley award from the Visiting Nurses Association
(1992), the Staten Island Rotary Giant award (1998) and S.I. Cancer
Society and S.I. Interagency Council for the Aged honoree, the Lou Miller
Award for Community Service from Staten Island Meals on Wheels (2002), and

Mr. Madory is a life-long
Staten Islander and lives in Grant City with his wife of 43 years,
Kathleen. Both are affiliated members of the Sisters of St. Joseph
of Cluny; they have been honored with this affiliation in 1982 for
their work with the sisters in the southern Caribbean. |
