Mr. Frieband has over thirty-five years experience in diverse areas of financial management and administration.  He held several senior financial positions with Merrill Lynch and, most recently, was the Chief Financial Officer of a securities depository.  He served on a number of industry committees dealing with the regulation of financial services firms.  

He has a Masters Degree in Management with a concentration in Finance from New York Polytechnic University and a Bachelors Degree from Carnegie Mellon University.  Mr. Frieband is currently an adjunct lecturer in finance at the College of Staten Island.

Mike has been a volunteer for SCORE since 1998.
