Mr. Samir Farag (Sam) founded and still
runs Worldwide Electronic Corp. on
Staten Island
since 1976, an engineering firm which specializes in communications,
navigation and commercial electronics. Sam’s clients come from
various industries, including the shipping industry, hospitals, and
various city, state and non-profit organizations.
He supplies and services two-way radios, pagers, computers and
security equipment.

Samir
has been a member of SCORE since 1983. He was chairman of SCORE
for two terms. He served as president of the Staten Island Rotary and
donates his time to many non-profit organizations on
Staten Island, including the
Community Agency for senior citizens, Staten Island Mental Health,
Alzheimer’s Foundation and the College
of
Staten Island, among many others.
