Mr. Esposito has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate Development, engineering design, mechanical, electrical and general construction.  Prior to his retirement in 1988 Mr. Esposito was the sole owner of an Insurance Restoration Franchise known as Paul Davis Restorations and provided homeowners with restoring their damaged homes that were covered by insurance policies.  Mr. Esposito was a full partner in the real estate development firm of Rende & Esposito Builders, during which time the firm purchased and developed many projects. 

Prior to heading the Construction and Management dept. of his Real Estate Development Co., where concepts and liaison with architects, owners and builders was his specialty. He was a consultant with an engineering firm, Kallen and Lemelson consulting engineers, where he supervised mechanical and electrical engineers on the design of many of their projects.

Mr. Esposito served in the US Army Medical Corps during the Vietnam conflict and received and Honorable discharge.
